This policy explains what Agentic Consulting LLC ("we", "us") collects when you sign up for our contractor lead-alert service at leads.agentconsult.ai, and what we do with it.
What we collect
- What you type into the sign-up form: full name, company, email, trade, service areas, how you want alerts delivered, and your mobile phone number (required for text alerts, optional for email).
- A record of your text-message consent: the exact consent wording you saw, the time you agreed, the page address, and your browser's user-agent string.
- Basic technical data our hosting provider may log, such as IP address and request time.
How we use it
- To send you text or email alerts with links to homeowner posts that match your trade and areas.
- To contact you about your account, billing and the service.
- To prove you consented to texts, and to keep the service secure and prevent abuse.
Who we share it with
We use service providers to run the site, store sign-ups and deliver text messages. They may process your data only to provide those services to us. We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information if the law requires it.
Text messages (SMS)
- Program: Agentic Consulting Lead Alerts. We send automated text alerts about homeowner job posts, plus service messages about your account. Message frequency varies, typically up to 10 msgs/day. Texts are sent 8 am to 9 pm Mountain, Monday to Saturday.
- Consent: you opt in with an unchecked box on our form. Consent is not a condition of purchase, and you can choose email alerts instead.
- No selling or sharing: mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in data are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
- STOP: reply STOP at any time to cancel text messages. You may get one final message confirming you opted out.
- HELP: reply HELP for help, or contact us using the details below.

Third-party content in alerts
Alert links point to public posts on sites we do not control. Those sites have their own privacy policies. We do not collect data from them about you.
How long we keep it
We keep your sign-up information while you use the service. We keep consent records for as long as needed to show that you agreed to receive texts, and as the law requires. You can ask us to delete your information at any time, subject to those records.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or cancel the service, by contacting us below.
Security
We use reputable providers and limit who can see sign-up data. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
This service is for businesses and is not directed to children under 13.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the effective date above.
